Chelsea explore Osimhen loan and in talks over Gallagher sale with Atlético

Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Napoli over a loan deal for Victor Osimhen, according to sources. The 24-year-old Nigerian striker has been linked with the Blues all summer, and it seems that the two clubs have finally agreed on the terms of a temporary transfer.

The deal is said to be worth around £8m per season, with Chelsea having the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season. Napoli are believed to be keen to offload Osimhen due to their own financial constraints and the fact that they have already signed a replacement in the shape of Andre Zamora.

Meanwhile, Conor Gallagher has been linked with Atletico Madrid after impressing on loan at West Ham last season. The 22-year-old midfielder is said to be keen to leave Chelsea and join the La Liga side, who are believed to be willing to offer him a five-year contract worth £50m.

The news comes as Chelsea look to rebuild their squad following a disappointing campaign under Thomas Tuchel. The Blues have already signed Raheem Sterling from Manchester City and are expected to make further signings in the coming weeks.
