Manchester United player ratings as Mason Mount and Andre Onana good vs Arsenal

Manchester United secured a 3-1 victory over Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday. Here’s how the Red Devils’ players rated out of 10.

David de Gea – 7/10
De Gea made some crucial saves to keep United ahead, but was also guilty of catching his own cross and almost conceding a goal. A mixed performance from the Spain international.

Victor Lindelof – 8/10
Lindelof had a solid game at centre-back, winning headers and making important blocks. He’s been an impressive addition to United’s backline this season.

Harry Maguire – 7/10
Maguire struggled with Everton’s pacey attackers at times, but overall he had a decent outing. His experience in big games will be crucial for United going forward.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 8/10
Wan-Bissaka was his usual consistent self at left-back, making several important tackles and interceptions. He’s one of the first names on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team sheet.

Paul Pogba – 7/10
Pogba had a quiet game by his standards, but still managed to create some chances for his teammates. His set-piece delivery was as usual excellent, with United scoring from two of the three corners they took.

Bruno Fernandes – 8/10
Fernandes had another standout performance, scoring one goal and creating another for Marcus Rashford. He’s been a game-changer for United since his arrival in January.

Scott McTominay – 7/10
McTominay worked hard as usual, but didn’t quite have the same impact on the game as some of his teammates. He’ll be looking to improve against tougher opponents.

Mason Greenwood – 9/10
Greenwood had a phenomenal game, scoring twice and showing great composure in front of goal. He’s quickly become United’s most threatening attacking option.

Marcus Rashford – 8/10
Rashford scored the decisive third goal for United, showcasing his pace and power once again. He’s been an important player for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season.

Andreas Pereira – 6/10
Pereira had a mixed game off the bench, losing possession several times but also creating some chances for his teammates. He’ll need to improve if he wants to start more often.

Edinson Cavani – N/A
Cavani came on late in the game and didn’t have much of an impact, but it was his first appearance after a long layoff due to injury.
