Neil Young Announces Archives Vol. III Box Set

Rock legend Neil Young has announced the release of Archives Volume 2: Trunk Show, a new collection of music that spans over five decades. The album is part of his ongoing archival series, which aims to showcase his extensive catalog and share previously unreleased material with fans.

Archives Volume 2: Trunk Show features 32 tracks that span from the 1960s to the 2010s, including songs recorded during Young’s time with Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, as well as solo material. The album also includes previously unreleased recordings and alternate takes.

The release is a follow-up to Archives Volume 1: Light My Fuse, which debuted in 2009. Since then, Young has been steadily releasing new archival collections, each showcasing his unique style and the evolution of his music over the years.

Archives Volume 2: Trunk Show will be available digitally on October 30th, with a physical release planned for later this year.

Neil Young is known for his iconic songs like ‘Heart of Gold’ and ‘Like a Hurricane,’ as well as his activism and philanthropic efforts. His archival series has become a beloved treasure trove for fans looking to explore the depth and breadth of his discography.
