Arsenal and Manchester City dominate PFA Awards as Premier League stars scoop top prizes

The Premier League‘s top stars have been recognized for their outstanding performances this season at the PFA Awards. Arsenal and Manchester City have dominated the prestigious awards, with several of their players receiving top honors.

Men’s PFA Players’ Player of the Year

Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne has been crowned the Men’s PFA Players’ Player of the Year for the second time in his career. The Belgian midfielder has been instrumental in City’s success this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 20 assists in all competitions.

Women’s PFA Players’ Player of the Year

Arsenal’s Sam Kerr has been named the Women’s PFA Players’ Player of the Year. The Australian striker has been in phenomenal form for the Gunners, scoring 21 goals in 22 appearances and helping her side win the Women’s Super League title.

Men’s PFA Young Player of the Year

Manchester City’s Phil Foden has been awarded the Men’s PFA Young Player of the Year. The 20-year-old has established himself as a key player for City, scoring 16 goals and providing 10 assists this season.

Women’s PFA Young Player of the Year

Arsenal’s Lauren Hemp has been named the Women’s PFA Young Player of the Year. The 20-year-old winger has been outstanding for the Gunners, scoring 10 goals and providing 12 assists in all competitions.

Mercedes-Benz PFA Fans’ Player of the Year

Manchester City’s Ruben Dias has been voted the Mercedes-Benz PFA Fans’ Player of the Year. The Portuguese defender has been a rock at the back for City, helping them win the Premier League title and reach the Champions League final.

England Men’s PFA Team of the Year

The PFA has also announced the England Men’s Team of the Year, which includes several Premier League stars. The team is as follows:

  • Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Ruben Dias (Manchester City), John Stones (Manchester City), Joao Cancelo (Manchester City)
