Cate Blanchett, Alfonso Cuarón Team Up for Apple TV+ Disclaimer Series

Cate Blanchett and Alfonso Cuarón are joining forces for a new series titled Disclaimer, which will be produced by Apple TV+.

Project Details

Disclaimer, based on the novel by Renee Knight, will follow a TV documentary maker who returns home one day to find a mysterious novel on her doorstep. As she reads the book, she realizes that it is about her own life, and that every event in the book is true.

Blanchett and Cuarón’s Roles

Cate Blanchett will star in the series, while Alfonso Cuarón will serve as the writer, director, and executive producer. This will be Cuarón’s first series for television, following his success with the Netflix film Roma.
