New signing Marquinhos Calafiore joined the Gunners for his first training session with the squad on Tuesday. The Brazilian winger arrived at London Colney fresh from a medical, and he wasted no time getting stuck in to the action.

After completing the necessary formalities, Calafiore was put through his paces by our coaching staff. He showed some nice touches as he worked alongside his new teammates, and it’s clear that he’s eager to get up to speed with the team’s systems.

The 22-year-old impressed in his first session with his pace, agility, and willingness to listen and learn. These are all qualities that will be valuable assets for us this season.

Calafiore will continue to train with the squad over the coming days as he gets used to life at Arsenal. He’ll have a big part to play in our upcoming matches, so we’re looking forward to seeing him make his mark on the pitch.
