In a recent interview, Robert Downey Jr. discussed his potential role as Victor von Doom in the upcoming Marvel movie, Avengers: Doomsday. When asked about the possibility of playing the villainous character, Downey Jr. expressed his excitement and enthusiasm for the project.

“I think it would be an incredible opportunity to play a character like Victor von Doom,” said Downey Jr. “He’s such a fascinating and complex figure in the Marvel universe, and I believe that my portrayal of him would bring a new level of depth and nuance to the role.”

Downey Jr. also touched on his experience playing Tony Stark/Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), stating that it has been an incredible journey and that he is grateful for the opportunity.

“Playing Tony Stark/Iron Man has been an absolute dream come true,” said Downey Jr. “I have had the privilege of being a part of some truly groundbreaking storytelling, and I am so grateful to have had the chance to be a part of it.”

Avengers: Doomsday is currently in production and is set for release in 2025.
