Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard is looking forward to rewarding the club’s supporters in the United States with a win when we face Inter Milan in our pre-season friendly match. The Norway international has been impressed by the enthusiasm of Arsenal fans on this side of the Atlantic and wants to give them something to cheer about.

Odegaard, who joined Arsenal from Real Madrid last summer, has been working hard in training to ensure he is in top form for the new campaign.

“I’m really looking forward to playing in front of our US supporters,” Odegaard said. “They’ve been fantastic and we’re excited to give them a show they’ll remember. We want to start the season well, and I think this game against Inter Milan will be a great test for us.

“We’ve had some good training sessions and everyone is motivated to get back into action after the summer break. We know it won’t be easy, but we’re ready for the challenge.”
