Who Voices Lady Deadpool in 'Deadpool & Wolverine?'

The upcoming animated film ‘Deadpool’ will feature a voice cameo from actress Brianna Hildebrand, who played the role of Negasonic Teenage Warhead in the previous live-action films. The news was announced by the film’s director, David Soren, during an interview with Collider.

According to Soren, Hildebrand was approached for the role after the filmmakers noticed her talent and enthusiasm for the character in the previous films. He stated that she was ‘born to play’ Lady Deadpool and that she will bring a unique energy to the role.

Lady Deadpool is a variant of the popular Marvel character Deadpool, known for his irreverent humor and pop culture references. The character has been featured in various comic book series and has gained a significant following among fans.

In an interview with Collider, Soren also confirmed that Ryan Reynolds will return as the voice of Wade Wilson/Deadpool in the animated film. The film is set to feature both Deadpool and Wolverine, played by Hugh Jackman, in a team-up adventure.

The news comes as a surprise to many fans, who had speculated about the possibility of Hildebrand returning for the role after her impressive portrayal of Negasonic Teenage Warhead in the previous films. The casting decision is seen as a win-win situation for both parties, with Hildebrand gaining an opportunity to voice her own character and the filmmakers getting a talented actress to bring Lady Deadpool to life.

The animated film is scheduled for release in 2023 and will be produced by Marvel Animation and Disney Television Animation. The plot details are still under wraps, but fans can expect a humorous and action-packed adventure that combines the wit and charm of both Deadpool and Wolverine.
