Bette Midler and her Hocus Pocus costar, Sheryl Lee Ralph, have had a special bond since they started working together on the Disney+ series, The Fabulous Four. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Midler opened up about their unlikely friendship. “Sheryl is just fabulous,” Midler gushes. “We’re like two peas in a pod. We bonded over our shared love of music and dance.” Midler also praised Ralph’s talent, saying that she was blown away by her impressive vocals. “She can sing! She has this incredible voice. I’m so impressed by it,” Midler raves. The actresses have been working together on the Disney+ series, which follows four friends as they navigate the ups and downs of life in their 60s. Despite their busy schedules, Midler says that she and Ralph make time for each other, often having lunch or dinner together after filming. “We’re like sisters,” Midler says. “We support each other, we laugh together, and we cry together.
